FOR USE OF "VREDITELI.BG" effective as of 17.03.2026

“BRAN INSEKT” Ltd. is a personal data controller, registered and operating in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act. More information on data processing is available in the “Privacy Policy” published on the website.

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS govern the relations between “BRAN INSEKT” Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "VREDITELI.BG", on the one hand, and the Users of internet pages and services located on the domain https://vrediteli.bg/ (hereinafter referred to as Users), on the other hand.
“BRAN INSEKT” Ltd. is a company registered under the Commercial Act of the Republic of Bulgaria with UIC 200490517, with registered office and management address: Sofia 1124, Sredets district, TSAR IVAN ASEN II St., block 24, entrance A, floor 5, apartment 9, email address: info@vrediteli.bg, telephone numbers 0878201221 and 0888449949.

This document contains information about the activity of “VREDITELI.BG” and the general terms and conditions for use of the services provided by "VREDITELI.BG", regulating the relations between us and each of our users.
Confirmation of the Terms and Conditions is a necessary and mandatory condition for concluding a contract between the User and “VREDITELI.BG”.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Art. 1 The services provided by “VREDITELI.BG” to the User constitute information society services within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act.
Art. 2. “VREDITELI.BG” is an online store accessible at https://vrediteli.bg/, through which Users have the opportunity to conclude contracts for services, purchase and sale, and delivery of the goods offered by “VREDITELI.BG”.
Art. 2a. “VREDITELI.BG” provides Users with access to an AI chat assistant (artificial intelligence) solely for informational and auxiliary purposes.
(1) The answers generated by the AI assistant do not constitute legally binding statements, offers, warranties, or professional advice. “VREDITELI.BG” shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from actions taken by the User solely on the basis of information from the AI assistant.
(2) In the event of inconsistency between the information from the AI assistant and the official texts on the website (Terms and Conditions, product descriptions, safety instructions), the official texts shall prevail.
(3) Specific commercial terms (price offers, subscription agreements, or warranty commitments) shall be considered valid only if described in a written document (contract, protocol, or official email) originating from an authorized representative of VREDITELI.BG.
Art. 2b. The provider of the AI chat assistant technology referred to in Art. 2a acts as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Information about the processor, the type of data processed, and the applicable safeguards is available in the “Privacy Policy” published on the website.

IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION. PERSONAL DATA
Art. 3 (1) “VREDITELI.BG” identifies Users of the website by storing log files on the server of https://vrediteli.bg/ and the IP address of the User.
(2) “VREDITELI.BG” has the right to collect and use information regarding Users after they have registered. The information through which a person may be identified may include first name, last name, gender, address, telephone number, email, as well as any other information voluntarily provided by the person upon registration. The information also includes any other data that the User enters, uses, or provides when using the Services provided by “VREDITELI.BG”.
(3) Users have the right to register or identify themselves through their Facebook or Gmail account.

Art. 4 (1) “VREDITELI.BG” exercises due care and is responsible for protecting the information about the User that became known to it in connection with the registration subject to these Terms and Conditions, except in cases of force majeure, accidental events, or malicious actions by third parties.
(2) In the registration form completed by the User upon registration, “VREDITELI.BG” indicates the mandatory or voluntary nature of the provision of the data and the consequences of refusing to provide it. By expressing consent to these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that the information about him/her may be processed in the manner provided herein.
(3) The limitations under paragraph 1 shall not apply in the event that “VREDITELI.BG” is obliged to provide the User’s personal information to the relevant competent state authorities under the applicable legislation.

Art. 5 (1) “VREDITELI.BG” collects and uses the information under Art. 4 for the following specific purposes: (1) performance of a sales or service contract; (2) management of customer profile and orders; (3) sending commercial messages — only with the User’s explicit consent; (4) fulfillment of legal obligations of the controller. Processing of personal data for purposes other than those stated shall be carried out only after prior notification and obtaining the User’s consent, where required by applicable law.
(2) Provision of personal data for direct marketing purposes is voluntary and is not a condition for concluding a sales contract.

Art. 6 (1) The User may register by completing the relevant electronic registration form available in real time (online) on the “VREDITELI.BG” website, expressing consent to these Terms and Conditions, and declaring that he/she has legal capacity.
(2) By clicking the virtual button “Register account” or “Log in via Facebook”, which has the force of written confirmation of the Terms and Conditions, the User makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that he/she is familiar with these Terms and Conditions, accepts them, and undertakes to comply with them. By being recorded on the relevant medium on the server of “VREDITELI.BG”, through a commonly accepted standard for technical conversion that makes reproduction possible, the electronic statement acquires the quality of an electronic document within the meaning of the cited law. “VREDITELI.BG” may store in log files on its server the IP address of the User, as well as any other information necessary for identifying him/her and reproducing his/her electronic statement of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of these Terms and Conditions is available on the “VREDITELI.BG” website in a manner allowing its storage and reproduction.
(3) When filling in the registration application, the User is obliged to provide complete and accurate data regarding identity (for natural persons), legal status (for legal entities), and the other data required by the electronic form of “VREDITELI.BG”, as well as to update them within 7 (seven) days from their change. The User declares that he/she agrees to provide the requested personal data, thereby guaranteeing that the data provided in the registration process are true, complete, and accurate, and in the event of changes will update them in a timely manner. In the event of provision of inaccurate data, “VREDITELI.BG” has the right to terminate or immediately suspend without prior notice the provision of services, as well as the maintenance of the User’s registration.

Art. 7 (1) Upon registration, the User receives a unique username and password for access to the services available through the “VREDITELI.BG” website.
(2) The username with which the User registers does not grant any rights other than the right to use that specific username within the online store of “VREDITELI.BG”.
(3) A registrant acting as a representative of a legal entity is obliged to enter his/her full name and address, respectively the name of the legal entity represented. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, he/she guarantees and confirms that he/she has contractual relations with the company-user registered by him/her. By entering incorrect or misleading information, the party loses the right of access to the services of the “VREDITELI.BG” website.
(4) The User is obliged to exercise all due care and take the necessary measures reasonably required to protect his/her password, not to disclose the password to third parties, and to notify “VREDITELI.BG” immediately in the event of unauthorized access, as well as when there is probability or suspicion of such. The User bears the responsibility and risk for safeguarding his/her password, as well as for all actions carried out by him/her or by a third party through the use of the password.

Art. 8 (1) The User has the right to online access to the services provided through the “VREDITELI.BG” website, subject to the terms and access requirements defined by “VREDITELI.BG”. In order to use the services, the User must enter his/her username and password.
(2) The User has the right to online access to and correction of the personal data provided upon registration.

ORDER
Art. 9 (1) Users use the interface of the “VREDITELI.BG” website to conclude contracts with “VREDITELI.BG” for the goods and services offered in the online store.
(2) VREDITELI.BG confirms receipt of the electronic order statement by sending an automatic email to the User.
(3) In the absence of availability of a given product or impossibility to perform a given service, “VREDITELI.BG” reserves the right to refuse the order.
(4) Due to the specific nature of the products and the frequent changes in packaging design by manufacturers, all images used by VREDITELI.BG are for presentation purposes and may not correspond to the actual packaging design.

Art. 10 (1) After selecting one or more goods or services offered on the “VREDITELI.BG” website, the User must add them to his/her shopping list of goods or services.
(2) The User must provide delivery details and choose the method and time of payment of the price, after which he/she must confirm the order through the interface of the online store.
(3) Upon placing an order, the User receives confirmation by email that the order has been accepted.

PRICES
Art. 11 (1) The prices of the products offered in the online store are those indicated on the “VREDITELI.BG” website at the time of placing the order, except in cases of obvious error.
(2) Product prices include VAT, in cases where VAT is applicable.

Art. 12 “VREDITELI.BG” reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the prices of the products offered in the online store, and such changes shall not affect orders already placed.

Art. 13 (1) “VREDITELI.BG” may provide discounts for products offered in the online store in accordance with Bulgarian legislation and rules determined by “VREDITELI.BG”. The rules applicable to such discounts are available where the discount is displayed. Discounts may be provided in different forms (e.g. promotions, loyalty discounts, granted individually, randomly, or as a result of participation in a competition or customer survey).
(2) Different types of discounts cannot be combined when ordering and purchasing the same goods/service.

PAYMENT
Art. 14 When the User returns a product with the right to reimbursement of the amount paid for any reason, the refundable price shall be reduced by the value of the discount received and applied to the product, and only the amount actually paid shall be subject to reimbursement.

Art. 15 (1) The User may pay the price of the ordered goods/services using one of the options listed on the website, at his/her choice. On https://vrediteli.bg/ payment is possible by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or at the “VREDITELI.BG” store in Sofia, Geo Milev district, 6 Tsvetan Radoslavov St., shop 9.
(2) If the User chooses the option for courier delivery and payment by cash on delivery, he/she must pay the price of the ordered items together with the delivery price to the courier upon receipt of the goods.

Art. 16 If the User chooses a payment method involving a third-party payment service provider, the User may be bound by the terms and conditions and/or fees of such third party.

Art. 17 “VREDITELI.BG” shall not be liable if a payment method involving a third-party payment service provider is unavailable or otherwise fails to function due to reasons not attributable to “VREDITELI.BG”.

DELIVERY
Art. 18 (1) Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by courier to an office or delivery address specified by the User within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery shall be at the User’s expense, unless expressly stated otherwise on https://vrediteli.bg/.
(2) Before sending the ordered goods, “VREDITELI.BG” has the right to contact the User by the telephone number provided by him/her in order to clarify details regarding the order and/or delivery.
(3) “VREDITELI.BG” shall not be liable for failure to perform an order where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including where an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address or telephone number has been provided.

Art. 19 Delivery shall be carried out within the time periods described under each delivery option in the order interface module. In extraordinary circumstances, “VREDITELI.BG” reserves the right to extend the delivery period, informing the User thereof in due time.

Art. 20 The ordered goods are delivered against signature, and larger shipments (at the courier’s discretion) are delivered to the entrance of the building.

Art. 21 The User is obliged to inspect the goods at the moment of delivery by the courier. If external damage to the shipment is found, a damage report should be drawn up in the presence of the courier.

Art. 22. “VREDITELI.BG” carries out deliveries within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Art. 23 “VREDITELI.BG” reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or the conditions relating thereto at any time by publishing the available delivery and payment methods on the website without further notice.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND EXCHANGE
Art. 24 (1) The User has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason, without owing compensation or penalty, within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the User or by a third party, and in the case of a service contract – from the conclusion of the service contract.
(2) In order to exercise the right under this clause, the User must unequivocally notify “VREDITELI.BG” of the decision to withdraw from the contract, identifying the goods/services he/she wishes to return by providing all data regarding the order and delivery made, including but not limited to: content and value of the order, details of the person who placed the order, details of the person who received the delivery, and date of delivery.
(3) “VREDITELI.BG” publishes on its website a form for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract. - Download - Withdrawal and Complaint Form
(4) For exercising the right of withdrawal, “VREDITELI.BG” provides the User with the option to complete and send electronically through the website the standard withdrawal form or another unequivocal statement. In such cases, “VREDITELI.BG” shall immediately send the User confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium. - Download - Withdrawal and Complaint Form
(5) The User is obliged to return the goods at his/her own expense to the address Sofia, 6 Tsvetan Radoslavov St., shop 9, mandatorily together with the cash receipt and invoice, if any, by handing them over to “VREDITELI.BG” or a person authorized by it, within 14 days from the date on which the User exercised the right to withdraw from the contract.
(6) When returning the goods, they must be in their original packaging, without signs of use or impaired commercial appearance.
(7) “VREDITELI.BG” has the right to postpone reimbursement of payments until receipt of the goods back or until proof is provided that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs earlier.
(8) In the event that the User does not fulfill the obligation under paragraph 5, without notifying “VREDITELI.BG” of the delay and without providing a valid reason for it, it shall be deemed that he/she has withdrawn his/her statement for exercising withdrawal from the contract.
(9) In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Supplier shall reimburse all amounts received from the User, including delivery costs (except for additional costs related to a delivery method chosen by the User other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Supplier). All costs for returning the goods (courier fees) shall be entirely at the User’s expense.

Art. 25 (1) The User has no right to withdraw from the contract where its subject is:

  1. the provision of services where the service has been fully provided and the performance has begun with the consumer’s explicit prior consent and confirmation that he/she knows he/she will lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
  2. the delivery of goods made to the consumer’s order or according to his/her individual requirements;
  3. the delivery of goods which, by their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life;
  4. the delivery of sealed pest control products whose packaging has been torn or opened after delivery and which cannot be returned due to reasons related to hygiene or health protection;
  5. the delivery of goods whose commercial appearance has been impaired, original packaging is damaged, torn, or missing, as well as goods showing signs of use, assembly, or filling with preparations, which do not allow them to be resold as new.

Art. 26 “VREDITELI.BG” shall reimburse the User the price paid by him/her for the returned goods.

WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTS
Art. 27 (1) The User has the right to lodge a complaint regarding any lack of conformity of the goods or service with what was agreed/ordered, where after delivery non-conformity with the sales contract has been discovered.
(2) All products offered in the online store of Bran Insekt must be applied according to the descriptions and instructions of their manufacturers.
(3) Responsibility for the use of the products purchased from us lies entirely with the User, and VREDITELI.BG shall not be liable for their use.
(4) VREDITELI.BG shall be liable only for the professional pest control services it performs.
(5) Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children under 18 years of age must обязательно consult a doctor or specialist before using the offered products.
(6) VREDITELI.BG shall not be liable for psychological or physical harm occurring after the use of a given product.
(7) The descriptions of the products on the website vrediteli.bg are informative in nature and should in no way influence the choice and method of use of the offered products.

Art. 28. Any lack of conformity of the goods with the sales contract that becomes apparent within 24 months after delivery of the goods shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise or unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or of the lack of conformity.

Art. 29 The User may not dispute the conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract where at the time of concluding the contract he/she knew or could not have been unaware of the lack of conformity.

Art. 30 (1) The User has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the goods or service regardless of whether the manufacturer or trader has provided a commercial warranty for the goods or service.
(2) Where the complaint is satisfied by replacing the goods with another item conforming to what was agreed, “VREDITELI.BG” shall preserve for the User the initial warranty conditions.

Art. 31 (1) When lodging a complaint, the consumer may claim reimbursement of the amount paid, replacement of the goods with another item conforming to what was agreed, or a price reduction.
(2) The complaint shall be submitted orally to the telephone number specified by “VREDITELI.BG” or in writing by the specified email, by post, or submitted to the address of the company. “VREDITELI.BG” provides access on its website to a complaint form. - Download "Withdrawal and Complaint Form"
(3) When lodging a complaint, the consumer shall specify the subject of the complaint, the preferred method of satisfying the complaint, respectively the amount claimed, and address, telephone number, and email for contact.
(4) When submitting a complaint, the consumer must mandatorily attach the documents on which the claim is based, namely:

  1. cash receipt or invoice;
  2. protocols, reports, or other documents establishing the lack of conformity of the goods or service with what was agreed;
  3. other documents establishing the basis and amount of the claim.

Art. 32 (1) A complaint regarding consumer goods may be lodged within up to two years from delivery of the goods, but no later than two months from discovering the lack of conformity with what was agreed. A complaint regarding services may be lodged within 6 months from discovering the lack of conformity, but no later than the term of the commercial warranty provided for the respective treatment.
(2) The period shall cease to run during the time necessary for reaching an agreement between the seller and the consumer for settlement of the dispute.
(3) If “VREDITELI.BG” has provided a commercial warranty for the goods and the warranty term is longer than the complaint periods under paragraph 1, the complaint may be lodged until expiry of the commercial warranty period.
(4) Lodging a complaint shall not preclude bringing a legal claim.

Art. 33 (1) “VREDITELI.BG” maintains a register of submitted complaints. A document is sent to the User at the email specified by him/her indicating the number of the complaint in the register and the type of goods.
(2) Where “VREDITELI.BG” satisfies the complaint, it issues a report to that effect, drawn up in two copies, and mandatorily provides one copy to the User.

Art. 34 (1) Upon a justified complaint, “VREDITELI.BG” shall bring the goods into conformity with the sales contract within one month from submission of the complaint by the User.
(2) If the goods are not brought into conformity within one month, the User has the right to a proportional reduction in price or to terminate the contract, according to the provisions of the Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and Sale of Goods.
(3) Bringing the consumer goods into conformity with the sales contract shall be free of charge for the User. The User shall not owe costs for dispatching the consumer goods or for materials and labor related to their repair and shall not suffer significant inconvenience.

Art. 35 (1) In the event of non-conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract and where the User is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint, he/she has the right to choose between one of the following options:

  1. termination of the contract and reimbursement of the amount paid by him/her;
  2. reduction of the price.
    (2) The User has the right to refuse payment of the remaining part of the price or part thereof until the Supplier fulfills its obligations to bring the goods into conformity. In the event of serious lack of conformity, the User has the right to a reduction in price or immediate termination of the contract without first having to go through repair or replacement.
    (3) The trader is obliged to satisfy a request for termination of the contract and reimburse the amount paid by the consumer when, after having satisfied three complaints of the consumer by carrying out repair of the same goods within the warranty period, a subsequent occurrence of lack of conformity of the goods with the sales contract appears.
    (4) The User may not claim termination of the contract if the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the contract is insignificant.

UNILATERAL TERMINATION
Art. 36 “VREDITELI.BG” has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally if it establishes that the services provided are being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, or generally accepted moral standards, for which purpose it shall send prior notice to the User at the email address specified by the User. In the event of serious or repeated violations, “VREDITELI.BG” may immediately suspend access to the services until the circumstances are clarified, while notifying the User as soon as possible.

Art. 37 (1) The intellectual property rights over all materials and resources located on the “VREDITELI.BG” website (including the available databases) are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belong to “VREDITELI.BG” or to the respective indicated person that has granted the right of use to “VREDITELI.BG”, and may not be used in violation of the applicable legislation.
(2) In the event of copying or reproduction of information beyond what is permitted, as well as in the event of any other infringement of intellectual property rights over the resources of “VREDITELI.BG”, “VREDITELI.BG” has the right to claim compensation also for the direct and indirect damages suffered in full amount.
(3) Except where expressly agreed, the User may not reproduce, modify, delete, publish, distribute, or otherwise disclose the informational resources published on the “VREDITELI.BG” website.

Art. 38 (1) “VREDITELI.BG” undertakes to exercise due care to ensure the User normal access to the services provided.
(2) “VREDITELI.BG” reserves the right to suspend access to the services provided. “VREDITELI.BG” has the right, but not the obligation, at its discretion to delete informational resources and materials published on its website.

TERMINATION AND RESCISSION OF THE CONTRACT
Art. 39 (1) Apart from the cases provided in these Terms and Conditions, the contract between the parties shall also terminate upon cessation of the activity of “VREDITELI.BG” or termination of the maintenance of its website.

Art. 40 Apart from the cases stated above, either party may rescind this contract by giving one week’s notice to the other party in the event of non-performance of obligations under the contract. The notice shall be sent in writing — to the email address of “VREDITELI.BG”: info@vrediteli.bg, respectively to the email address specified by the User upon registration.

Art. 41 The written form of the contract shall be deemed complied with by sending a message by electronic mail (e-mail), clicking an electronic button on a page containing content completed or selected by the User, or ticking a box (check box) on the website, etc., insofar as the statement is technically recorded in a manner allowing its reproduction.

DISPUTES
Art. 43 (1) Users may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at / http://ec.europa.eu/odr / - a single access portal enabling consumers and traders in the EU to settle disputes arising between them.
(2) Alternative dispute resolution /ADR/ between consumers and traders constitutes an out-of-court conciliation procedure on a voluntary basis.
(3) The General Conciliation Commissions assist in reaching an agreement between consumers and traders in disputes concerning contracts for the sale of goods and provision of services.
(4) The General Conciliation Commissions are determined on a regional basis, and the competent body to resolve disputes between “VREDITELI.BG” and a User is:
General Conciliation Commission at the Consumer Protection Commission with seat in Sofia and territorial jurisdiction over Sofia, Sofia Region, Kyustendil Region and Pernik Region;

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Art. 44 The parties declare that if any clause(s) of these Terms and Conditions is/are found to be invalid, this shall not entail invalidity of the entire contract or of other parts thereof. The invalid clause shall be replaced by the mandatory provisions of the law or established practice.

AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art. 45 (1) “VREDITELI.BG” shall notify Users of any amendment to the Terms and Conditions by publishing the updated text in visible places on the website and by sending an email message within 7 days from the occurrence of the amendment.
(2) Where the User does not agree with the amendments to the Terms and Conditions, he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason and without owing compensation or penalty. In order to exercise this right, the User must notify “VREDITELI.BG” within one month from receipt of the message under the preceding paragraph.
(3) If the User does not exercise the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the amendment shall be deemed accepted by the User without objection.

APPLICABLE LAW
Art. 46 For all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

Art. 47. “VREDITELI.BG” uses cookies and similar technologies when operating the website. The types of cookies used, their purpose, and the way consent is managed are described in detail in the “Privacy Policy”, available on the website.
