1. Is your company licensed?

Yes, since 2005 Bran Insect has been registered with the Regional Health Inspectorates (RHI) — successors of the former Hygiene and Epidemiology Inspectorates — and with the Ministry of Health (MH), and operates under the supervision of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA). In 2008 the company was transformed from the sole trader ET “Bran Insect – Petar Tsvetkov” into “Bran Insect” Ltd. Here is our latest registration with the Ministry of Health, dated 15.04.2013.

* We accept orders by phone every day of the week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We provide treatments in more than 20 cities across Bulgaria. Detailed information is available on our “Contacts” page.

We work only with products approved by the Ministry of Health that are non-carcinogenic, have no strong or suffocating odor, and provide long-lasting effectiveness.

Depending on the current schedule and the location of our teams, the treatment can often be carried out on the same day the order is received.

Depending on the size of the premises and the type of pest, a treatment takes on average between 15 and 45 minutes. For each type of pest, we provide an individual guarantee described on the page for the respective pest.

Yes, it will be effective, and the best results are achieved when you provide us access to all rooms. This way, even if cockroaches enter from neighboring apartments, they will die when they come into contact with the treated areas.

Against bed bugs, in 98% of cases three or four consecutive treatments are carried out, and only about 2% of our clients require additional treatments.
