For a specific price quote, please review the prices below and contact one of our specialists. You will need to provide the location of the property to be treated and the approximate size (area) of the surface affected by mold or mildew. It is also helpful to уточните when the problem started and whether there is access to all affected areas, as mold and mildew often spread to hard-to-reach, damp, and poorly ventilated places with limited or no access. After the sporicidal treatment against mold and mildew, keep in mind that if the source of moisture is not removed soon, the problem will reoccur. Therefore, ventilate the affected rooms several times daily whenever possible. It is advisable to install a fan in the bathroom and keep windows slightly open in each room to ensure continuous air circulation.
Eliminating mold after disinfection carried out by Bran Insect Ltd. does not mean that the mold will clean itself or fall off the affected walls. This must be done by you. We only eliminate the visible mold and mildew so they no longer pose a health risk until renovation of the affected area is carried out.
After the treatment against mold or mildew is completed, it is recommended to keep the premises closed for about 30-60 minutes, after which all rooms should be thoroughly ventilated.
